With the TaRa AtmaNirbhar Grant’s unrestricted grant support, Srujan Pratishthan enhanced their website and strategically invested in social media marketing. Through targeted workshops and projects, they sharpened their fundraising proposals, developed effective campaigns, and streamlined onboarding with a new Employee Handbook.
Srujan turned a ₹2.5 lakh CSR grant into a ₹25 lakh, 3-year partnership! Their budget size has also doubled since and team has expanded. This boost in funding has allowed them to expand their school-based support program to 6 additional schools, driving even greater community impact.
